Returns Policy

We guarantee your total satisfaction.  All of our products come with a 14 day money back guarantee (extended for special dispensation over the Christmas/New Year period).  This is providing that the item has not been used and is returned as new, in its original packaging and excludes any postal costs incurred, which are your responsibility.  Whatever the reason, if you are not completely satisfied, please write us a note on the back of your invoice and send that and the goods unused back to us, in their original packaging, within 14 days of receipt.
If you are returning the goods because you believe them to be damaged or faulty, please note that we will first inspect the goods and check carefully against all the claims made.  Faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or every day wear and tear will not be applicable.  In some instances, our inspection may include a consultation with the manufacturer.  If we agree that the goods are indeed damaged or faulty we will replace the item or refund your card.  Return postage costs will also be reimbursed, up to a maximum of £6.00, if a receipt of postage is included.  We recommend returning your goods by recorded delivery.  We are unable to refund the cost of Special Delivery.

If you have ordered the wrong size or colour, or wish to return goods for any reason other than that they are damaged or faulty, then you must also do so within 14 days of receipt.  If you would like an exchange, please re-order the item you require online and we will give you a full refund (less postage) upon receipt of your return.  If an exchange is not required, we will give you a full refund (less postage) upon receipt of your return, provided that the goods are returned as new, in their original packaging.  Liability for postage costs back to us will be with the customer unless your goods are damaged, faulty or there was an error on our part.

We may e-mail existing customers from time to time with new product news, promotions and offers, but you will always be given the opportunity to unsubscribe to prevent receiving unwanted e-mail. Shipping & Delivery

Deliveries to UK Mainland addresses will be dispatched within 1-2 working days and shipment will usually take 1-2 days more, so after placing your order, it will normally take between 2 and 4 working days to receive your goods.  If you have ordered a cricket bat with the “knocking-in" service, please allow an extra 4-5 working days for dispatch.

European delivery will normally take 5-7 working days to arrive, or 10-14 days if you have ordered a cricket bat with the "knocking-in" service.

Orders between £0.99 and £99 will cost £6.99 standard postal charge, to Uk mainland only.  If your order value is £100 or more, delivery will be free. Within the UK mainland

For orders outside of the UK mainland, we offer a ship by weight service, meaning your shipping cost will be calculated at checkout based purely on the total weight of the products ordered.  A few examples are as follows:

Cricket Bat to USA: £35

Cricket Bat to Europe: £20

Cricket Bat to Australia/New Zealand: £35 

Adult Wheelie/Stand-Up Bag to Canada: £65

Adult Wheelie/Stand-Up Bag to Europe: £50

Batting Pads to Australia/New Zealand: £60

With the exception of small items (that will be sent through the post and put through your letterbox), all deliveries will require a signature on receipt.  Our couriers will only make two attempts at delivery, so please make sure someone is there to sign for it.  If you are unlikely to be at home on the date of delivery, we recommend that you provide a work address or next door neighbour’s address at checkout.  If no one is at the delivery address when our courier tries to deliver your order, the courier will leave notification of an attempted delivery.  The note will specify if you need to collect the parcel in person from your local postal collection office, contact the courier to arrange an alternative delivery date, or if they will attempt delivery the following day.  Please note, in some cases, these may lead to a surcharge which the customer may be asked to pay.
