SG TEST RED CRICKET BALL
is the official match ball for Test cricket and first-class matches played in India. Renowned for its pronounced seam, durability, and ability to aid both conventional and reverse swing, it is a high-quality, hand-stitched leather ball engineered for maximum performance and longevity.
Key product features
- Construction: Features a four-piece alum-tanned leather construction, with a specially formulated compressed cork and fine rubber core. The premium leather outer surface is water-proofed to ensure optimal performance.
- Seam: It has a prominent, hand-stitched seam with a thicker thread compared to other balls like the Kookaburra. This allows bowlers, particularly spinners and fast bowlers aiming for reverse swing, to get a better grip.
- Durability: The SG Test is designed to retain its shape, hardness, and seam integrity
